Terms for individual room reservations:

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Cancellations until 10 days before arrival will be charged.
• Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival we charge 70% of the agreed services.
• Cancellations up to 1 day before arrival we charge 80% of the agreed services.
• Cancellation on arrival and no-show will be charged with 100% of the agreed services.
• Cancellation policy for groups:

If you withdraw from the planned trip or have to cancel your trip, the following charges will apply:

• Cancellations at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• within 6 – 8 weeks prior to arrival 25% of total costs
• within 2 – 6 weeks prior to arrival 50% of total costs
• within 1 day – 2 weeks before arrival 75%
• within 24 hours or no show without cancellation 100% of total costs
